Our work is centred on an individual’s needs, which means specialist support, whenever and wherever it is needed, whether at home, in the community or at the hospice.
We are looking for Nursing Associates to work within our multi-disciplinary team providing physical, psycho-social and spiritual care to patients and their families admitted to the In-Patient Unit, with rotation to the Community Team and occasional Community Care Unit cover.
