Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team. This key role will support business development, engineering, and office administration, contributing to the smooth operation of the business and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the business development team, assisting with customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure the accurate and timely flow of information between departments.
- Assist with office administration tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
- Manage customer service requests, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to customers.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach to tasks with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive and professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience in a technical or engineering-related environment is an advantage.
