What You’ll be doing:
Test Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain detailed test plans to ensure control systems meet required performance standards and function reliably under various conditions.
System Validation: Conduct thorough testing of hardware, software, and integrated systems to ensure compliance with technical specifications and industry regulations.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues within control systems, collaborating with teams to implement effective solutions and maintain system functionality.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of testing activities and produce clear, detailed reports that communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to improve testing strategies, share insights, and enhance system quality.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all testing and system implementation adhere to industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Control Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is required.
Experience: Prior experience in control systems testing or a similar technical role is essential to ensure a strong understanding of industry standards and practices.
Technical Skills: A solid understanding of PLCs, HMI/SCADA systems, and various industrial communication protocols (such as Modbus, Profibus, etc.) is necessary for successful execution of testing tasks.
Testing Tools: Hands-on experience with essential testing equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and automation software, is required to effectively troubleshoot and verify system performance.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are a must, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining system integrity and performance.
Documentation: Excellent written communication skills are needed to create clear, concise, and accurate reports that cater to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone is well-informed.
Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is crucial to ensure that all systems function correctly, meet required specifications, and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
SC Clearance: Hold SC clearance or willingness to obtain.
