At Care & Custody, we are the leading providers of outsourced public services in the UK, tasked with managing Europe's largest Immigration Removal Centre, located just outside Heathrow. We care for up to 1,200 immigration residents, ensuring their needs are met within a secure and respectful environment.

What You'll Do:
* Lead the development of variable works packages from concept to completion.
* Report project status, risks, and achievements to senior management and key stakeholders, fostering transparency and accountability.
* Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
* Conduct regular risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues.
* Monitor project performance, identifying improvement areas and initiating corrective actions.
* Cultivate a collaborative team environment, guiding your team to deliver sustainable and productive solutions.
What We're Looking For:
* Exceptional leadership skills and a proven ability to work autonomously.
* Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, APM, RICS, or professional certifications like PMP or Prince2.
* Solid experience in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering services, along with Safety Management and CDM qualifications.
* Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects, preferably in complex or custodial settings.
* Strong command of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
