Idemia Smart Bio, specialised in Biometric access control solutions is looking for his next sales regional manager.
The Sales Regional Manager is a leadership role playing a critical part in driving revenue growth for his territory and of his Team, owning entire sales process from prospecting to closing. Our ideal candidate will coach its team on basic sales mechanisms like territory planning, pipeline management and mentor its Team on consultative, solution selling. He will also be responsible for some key accounts directly. Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with proven solutions selling experience to join and grow our Smart Biometrics Business in Central Europe/UK/Nordics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Cycle Management - Own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, including pricing, quoting, negotiations and contract management for your territory. Use mechanisms such as territory planning, account development plans, pipeline management, gap analysis and risk mitigation strategies and coach your Team on the same.
2. Channel Partners Management - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Represent company at client meetings, events. Lead as an example for your Team.
3. Consultative Selling - Engage with prospects in a consultative manner, understanding their needs and positioning solutions, leveraging product and service knowledge. Coach on the same your Team.
4. Collaboration with other stakeholders- Work with internal teams such as product management, program managers and Client solutions to tailor solutions and create proposals. Foster positive collaboration mindset.
5. Team Leadership & Management:
* Lead, mentor, and administratively manage a team of 2 sales professionals, setting performance goals, manage their full commitment and high engagement, providing coaching and training to ensure success.
* Motivate and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Act upon low performers.
* Foster a positive, collaborative and productive sales culture. Build Team spirit.
* Ensure proper allocation of resources to meet objectives, communicate and coordinate on Sales Incentive Plan to Sales members.
1. Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
* Oversee sales forecasting and tracking to measure performance against goals.
* Prepare and present detailed sales reports to the executive leadership team, highlighting sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
What we would love about your background:
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business. Additional qualification of a business degree is a plus.
* Significative experience in solution sales with experience in Access Control. Biometric technology is plus.
* Proven track of Team management and Leadership
* Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and ability to sell complex, high-value solutions.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
