Due to company growth, we are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our expanding team in our head office in Borehamwood.
We are offering a great opportunity for an individual looking to utilise and develop their existing construction knowledge together with their administration/operational skills. The role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and efficient project management. The role is also responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, coordinating project activities and supporting the project teams on site.
Summary of duties and responsibilities
* Leading and developing Site Managers and Project Managers
* Overseeing working schedules, holidays, training needs and future plans
* Overseeing that we are compliant in adhering to legal and regulatory requirements e.g. health and safety.
* Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to project and people objectives and apply improvements
* Evaluate each project performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics via Procore
* Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
* Work closely with Directors to set and implement strategic goals
