The Role
ASOS Marketplace is undergoing an exciting transformation and we’re looking for a proactive and dynamic Seller Coordinator to support its execution. You will be joining our ASOS Marketplace team to support the onboarding journey for sellers on, helping to ensure a successful and timely launch of sellers on You will work at pace and drive progress of sellers through key onboarding steps. This includes providing administrative support and being the direct point of contact for seller queries. Following the launch of sellers on, you will also be supporting the Seller Manager to ensure the best possible experience for sellers, as well as support to unlock seller growth on This includes creating trading and trend packs for sellers, and providing relevant resources to scale seller growth on This role offers an excellent opportunity for you to grow your account management skill set and develop your knowledge of Marketplace seller operations.
The Details
1. Provide administrative support for marketplace sellers onboarding onto ASOS, supporting sellers to progress at pace through key steps from account setup to launch
2. Proactively manage seller queries pre-launch and post-launch on ASOS, ensuring seller queries are resolved or escalated to relevant teams in a timely fashion
3. Create and maintain seller training material to scale seller knowledge, enabling sellers to self-serve key onboarding steps and troubleshoot common issues
4. Accumulate sufficient knowledge of seller standards and the seller portal, Mirakl, to support in answering seller queries, and approve product go lives where needed
5. Support the Seller team to create and distribute key account management packs and surveys
6. Support the Marketing team to coordinate seller content for key campaigns and onsite visibility initiatives
7. Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of vintage sellers and online marketplaces; support the vintage seller manager to drive success of vintage sellers on ASOS

Qualifications
About You
Previous experience working directly with online vintage clothing brands or marketplaces would be an advantage but is not a requirement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen interest in fashion and sustainable fashion, and will have the following attributes:
