Read more about our purpose values and culture. As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer you’ll be an integral part of our Talent Community Team. You will work closely with Experienced Hire and the firm to research the market and source talent for a wide range of roles across multiple business areas, throughout our UK offices. You’ll be responsible for the research, identification, attraction, pipelining and management of candidate and hiring manager experience for Manager, Senior Manager and Director grade hires To be successful in this role you’ll have proven experience of working in a research/sourcing role in either an agency, RPO or internal recruitment environment. Preferably within a Professional Services or Financial Services environment. What your days will look like: As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer you will: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand recruitment needs and devise effective sourcing strategies for roles up to Partner grade. Proactively identify diverse talent through direct sourcing, market mapping, and advanced research. Build and maintain a network of high-potential candidates, aligning with current and future hiring needs. Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform Talent Acquisition (TA) and business stakeholders. Provide insights to senior leadership on industry trends and competitor strategies to enhance sourcing approaches. Utilize data to track and improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and work with the Employer Brand Team to develop market strategies. Skilled in building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations while crafting unbiased, compelling candidate communications. Strong organizational skills, adept at managing multiple strategies under tight deadlines, and experienced in both remote and in-person collaboration.
