Senior Easements Manager, Data Centre Supply Solutions (DCSS)

The Senior Easements Manager will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure easement delivery for data centre developments. This role will be key in site acquisition and project development, requiring periodic travel to assigned locations.

The team comprises software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, and operations managers, all committed to safety, security, and cost-efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Negotiate easement terms with landowners.
* Project manage external suppliers in easement negotiations.
* Collaborate with teams to manage risks.
* Research new markets and assist in site selection to de-risk easement delivery.
* Engage legal counsel to facilitate swift easement agreement execution.

Minimum Qualifications
* Degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or related field.
* 10+ years experience in infrastructure real estate delivery, with proven project management and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to engage with municipalities, utilities, architects, engineers, agents, and lawyers.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Fluency in Spanish.
* Experience in easement delivery and data centre development.
* Experience working internationally and in large organizations.
* Negotiation experience with landowners and managing legal processes.
