Customer Service Administrators
Our client based in Huntingdon, a leading supplier of printed and customised products to the education sector, is currently looking for Bilingual German/English speaking Customer Service Administrators. Successful applicants will ensure that schools receive a premium service whereby all orders placed are processed and dealt with in a professional and timely manner and are delivered to schools on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Entering planner and other jobs onto the database and ensuring the information is current throughout the production process.
2. Providing proof assessment to planner jobs where necessary.
3. Providing concise quotes for various products where necessary.
4. Updating the customer user information on the CRM system.
5. Ensuring the website 'order tracking' information is up to date at all times.
6. Sending jobs 'to print' using various software.
Key Skills
1. Fluent in German and English.
2. Excellent customer service skills and enjoyment in dealing with people.
3. Ability to use the main database and CRM system to ensure all information is kept up to date.
4. Ability to delegate to Administrative personnel to ensure orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
5. Problem-solving attitude, capable of dealing with all types of queries, complaints, and problems.
6. Professional communication with customers by telephone and email.
