Your new role
An efficient and well-organised Office Manager with experience in Bookkeeping or Accounting is required to manage the office in a growing logistics company. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for bookkeeping and Business Administration and must be highly organised with great attention to detail. They should have experience of generating management accounts and cash flow forecasting, as well as an interest in Financial Management.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Accounting: 2 years (required)
2. Excellent understanding of bookkeeping and general accounting
3. Efficient and well-organised with a high attention to detail
4. Qualified in Bookkeeping or Accounting
5. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
6. Proficient IT skills in Apple Mac and Microsoft Office

What will be your responsibility?
1. Manage all aspects of bookkeeping
2. Daily bank reconciliations
3. Maintaining a fully reconciled Balance Sheet
4. Entry of all supplier invoices into the company's accounting system
5. Preparation and submission of VAT returns
6. Processing of orders and generation of invoices
7. Payment of monthly payroll and other statutory payments
8. Preparation of weekly Payables and Receivables summary and company financial dashboard
9. Print, post and email invoices and monthly statements to customers
10. Develop, maintain and keep the company's filing system up to-date
11. Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Design and Sales teams to ensure efficient business administration
12. Manage all company Administration needs
13. Building good relationships with suppliers and clients
14. Answer telephone calls and respond to requests for information via phone and email
15. Manage the procurement systems and Tender applications, including creating relevant documentation
16. Carry out all logistic requirements including shipping, transport and travel
17. Manage all administration and logistics requirements of the company
18. Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing appropriate office systems
19. Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures
20. Organise office operations and procedures
21. Ensure the office is kept tidy and orderly
22. Manage a young dynamic office team and ensure the office runs efficiently
23. Maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
24. Manage staff overtime and expenses on a weekly basis
25. Manage all company HR and staff logistics
