We are building a NEW SUPER SQUADRA for our new opening CIRCOLO POPOLARE in MANCHESTER. We are looking for a superstar ASSISTANT BAR MANAGER on our team - are you up for the challenge?

YOUR MISSION:
1. Team management: in coordination with the Bar Manager, communicate and delegate duties, coach and support the team during the service, ensure that briefings and handovers are carried out for each shift. Support recruitment and assure a complete induction of new team members. Lead training programs and ensure a development plan for each team member.
