Key Responsibilities:
* Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in classroom settings.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to enhance students' learning and development.
* Assist with classroom management, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
* Work alongside teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) for students.
* Provide pastoral support to students, fostering a caring and inclusive atmosphere.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months of SEN experience working with children or young adults with special educational needs.
* MUST hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
* Ability to manage and support children with a range of needs, including emotional, behavioural, and learning difficulties.
