Due to continued growth, our client is looking for an experienced German speaking Customer Operations Executive to join their highly successful Customer Operations Team in the head office in Burnham. The team is responsible for being the first point of contact for customers and logistic couriers whilst effectively processing and managing customer orders, product enquires and other questions.
This is a hybrid role, 2 days at home, 3 from the office. Working hours are 9am - 5pm, salary up to £30,000 plus benefits.
Responsibilities include:
* Record and progress orders received by e-mail or phone
* Ensure that correct order timelines are being used
* Offer substitute products or additional products when appropriate
* Ensure that all queries are followed up and resolved in an efficient manner
* Understand the nature of the product, its importance and prioritize the workload
* Work closely with the logistics partners to ensure on time delivery to customers
* Track order shipments
