Forbury Gardens Day Nursery is situated in Reading town centre, just a short walk from Reading station and can be found right beside the lovely Forbury gardens area of the town.

About you....
An ideal candidate would be enthusiastic and motivated, keen to progress in their career and have a passion for Early Years care and education, you will also need to hold a full and relevant Level 2/3 Early Years qualification.

Tasks
In this role you will be...
* Taking the first step in progression, as a Level 3 on this pathway this role leads onto roles such as a Room Leader and Senior practitioner roles.
* Contributing to provide a safe, happy, healthy, and caring environment for children to explore, develop and grow.
* Ensuring a high standard of care giving children individual attention so that their social, emotional, and intellectual needs are fully nurtured.
* Using your skills to assist in delivery of our 'learning through play’ and 'in the moment planning' educational ethos
* Developing inclusive learning environment which are stimulating for children
* Building and maintaining excellent relationships with parents and carers, team members and children
* Ensuring that children’s welfare is a priority by using the nurseries safeguarding procedures to support you
