The role: Client Advisor – Marsh Media
We are seeking someone who can combine good administrative, communication and numerical skills with an interest in insurance in order to service our Media and Entertainment clients.
The Client Advisor will work within a highly skilled team that specialises in managing a portfolio of accounts within the media, entertainment, broadcast, production, advertising and live music sectors.

We will rely on you to:
7. Work with the client executives to gain knowledge of industry, risk and insurance markets
8. Prepare components for review by more senior Advisory colleagues, including the analysis of: pricing, coverage terms and conditions, services, quote comparisons, commentary and recommendations.
9. Issuing accurate certificates, evidence of cover, reports and spreadsheets, diarising of documents to support the client executives
10. Negotiating with Insurers and checking documentation for accuracy
11. Maintaining ongoing relationship with Insurers, clients and team colleagues to effectively service clients and assist Advisory colleagues.
What you need to have:
12. The will to process instructions for all types of insurance and service clients whilst working under pressure of tight deadlines
13. Confident and articulate verbal and written communicator
14. Excellent at time management
15. Strong organisational skills and an ability to multi-task
16. Previous or current experience as an Administrator or Account Handler although we will welcome grads and candidates with no experience as long as there is a genuine interest in the Media & Entertainment sectors and Insurance.
