Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of customer servicing specialists to meet team objectives and deliver excellent service.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including brokers and solicitors.
* Oversee the performance metrics and KPIs of the team, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
* Stay updated on regulatory changes, market trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation within the team.
* Identify and implement process improvements, streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency.
* Assist customers with inquiries related to mortgage payments, loan modifications, and account balances.
* Collaborate with finance, compliance, and underwriting teams to resolve complex customer issues and non–standard transactions.
