The Role: Reduce the operational energy intensity of the managed Workplace Portfolio to 145 kWh/m² by 2030. Ensure our ‘Hard Services’ Service Partners are regularly reviewed, and that SLAs are appropriately managed and monitored. Positively influence the business culture by role-modeling the ability to learn, develop new skills, and embrace new ways of working and collaborating across functions. Ensure all assets are secured under a maintenance agreement that satisfies warranty conditions. Salary: Up to £74,500 per annum. The Team: Reporting to the Senior Workplace Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in enabling us to deliver a premium workspace experience for our customers. You will work with our Service Partner Teams to achieve aspirational results and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities: Design practices reflect current best practices for the effective and efficient operational management of the development at handover, adhering to the workplace methodologies used by our operations team and service partners. Common areas of the development are of suitable size and scale to support operational functions. Ensure the property is in a condition that the operations team can accept handover of the development. Ensure all necessary stakeholders and third parties have access to the O&M documentation and that the required data is uploaded into the Life Cycle Replacement and Computer-Aided Facilities Management applications. Set up a process to record and manage latent defects to mitigate loss to recoverable and non-recoverable costs. Customer Experience: Be a subject matter expert and offer your knowledge and experience to customers to support their needs and service excellence expectations. Essential criteria: NEBOSH certification. Team player with good communication skills. High standard of computer literacy. HND/HNC in a relevant engineering field. CIBSE Membership.
