Assist with training new or less experienced members of the team if appliable. Organise and attend internal meetings and external meetings with brokers and clients. Liaise with internal departments including, Claims, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Underwriting Management and Operations to ensure procedures and processes are operating as required. Carry out any additional duties or projects set by the respective line manager or senior management as and when required. Attend training sessions run by the company and external training providers to develop broad understanding of all business functions. Logging of risks on company system (SEND). Ongoing data entry on SEND. Filing of documents and emails on SEND. Liaison with the credit control department with regard to overdue debt and assisting with chasing where required. Administration of monthly renewal lists and chasing & reporting of unseen renewals. Conduct clearance and duplicate checks on new business submissions. Liaison with the Operations Department with regard to business processing. Engagement with brokers with regard to overdue slips. Assisting with the production of management information reports. Key Attributes & Professional Qualifications Skills & Experience Fluent in English, both written and oral. Computer literate including familiarity with Microsoft office, XL & Power Point. Strong numerical skills. Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work within a team and on own initiative. Proactive and positive attitude. Self-motivated. Bachelor’s degree preferred Willing to work towards CII qualifications.
