Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures for meat products. Conduct regular inspections and audits of meat processing facilities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure all meat products meet microbiological, chemical, and physical safety standards. Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and procedures. Prepare and present quality assurance reports to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field would be beneficial. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, quality assurance standards, and industry best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
