What's involved with this role: Interim SAP Trainer and Content Developer Job Ref: Gloucestershire 5262456 Pay Rate: £356.76 per day PAYE Hours per week: 37 Monday – Friday, normal working hours Role Length: This assignment is for 6 weeks City: GLOUCESTER Hybrid – with a requirement to deliver some on-site training. A short-term role delivering some pre-existing content and creating further training materials in the areas of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Data Warehouse, SAP Finance, and Ariba. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and trainers to develop high-quality training content. Experience of using Enable Now will be advantageous as it is a key delivery platform for the training deployment. Key Responsibilities: The predominant training delivery requirement will be to lead and facilitate guided e-learning sessions using Enable Now. There is a requirement for some in person instructional delivery at key locations and the potential for delivery of bespoke webinars or session support. Create engaging and effective training materials using Enable Now, including training manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and interactive exercises, for SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Data Warehouse, SAP Finance, and Ariba. Collaborate with subject matter experts and the existing trainers to understand technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly training materials suitable for both beginners and advanced users. Tailor training content to meet the specific needs and objectives of user groups ensuring that it aligns with business processes. Review and update existing training materials as required to keep them current and accurate, reflecting any software updates or changes. Utilize multimedia tools and software to enhance the interactivity and engagement of training materials. Gather feedback from end-users to continuously improve and refine training content. Maintain clear documentation of training materials, version control, and content libraries. Key requirements: A degree in Business, Information Technology, Education, or related field. In-depth knowledge of SAP modules including SuccessFactors, Data Warehouse, Finance, and Ariba. Strong understanding of SAP integration and how different modules work together within enterprise systems. Experience in creating training materials (e.g., user guides, e-learning modules, videos, and presentations) that simplify complex SAP processes and make them accessible to users of varying technical expertise. Practical experience working with SAP tools, and proficiency in configuration and support for SAP modules. Proven experience in developing training content and delivering training sessions for SAP systems, tailored to various user groups, from end-users to technical staff. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information in an easy-to-understand format. Instructional design skills, including the ability to design, develop, and update training courses that meet the needs of the learners. Strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to identify user pain points and tailor training content to address those effectively.
