Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues. Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience. Qualifications and Experience: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Prior complaints handling experience Customer-focused with an empathetic and professional approach. Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines. Experience in complaints handling or outbound sales is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel.
