What You’ll Do:
* Answer and direct customer calls, providing friendly support.
* Manage the sales inbox, making sure messages reach the right people.
* Process customer purchase orders, keeping everyone on the same page.
* Coordinate with teams to ensure timely deliveries.
* Update customer details in the CRM and help with basic admin tasks.
* Pass technical queries to the relevant department and follow up.
* Check in with customers after deliveries to gather feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
* Great communication and people skills.

* Experience with MS Office and basic admin systems.
* At least 1 year of experience in a sales support role.
