Key Responsibilities
Delivery:
* Oversee the full scope of works for data centre projects or specific packages, ensuring that Health & Safety, Design, Technical, Quality, Programme, and Commercial targets are met.
* Effectively plan, manage, and coordinate site activities to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Team:
* Lead and inspire your team, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting individual development.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Thinking:
* Drive continuous improvement, promoting innovative methods and technologies to enhance project outcomes.
* Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while meeting client and stakeholder expectations.
Specific Requirements
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
* A relevant third-level degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
* 7+ years post-qualification experience, ideally with exposure to data centres, mission-critical facilities, or similar technical projects.
* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, with a track record of delivering large-scale projects successfully.
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* A background of career progression through main contractors is highly desirable.
