We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and experienced 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst / Engineer / Support Engineer to join our growing Service Desk Team.
We are seeking individuals who can demonstrate excellent remote IT support, work effectively with other team members (including assisting junior engineers and supporting 3rd line engineers) and communicate with customers both technically and non-technically.
Candidates should be component in ITIL and service desk methodologies
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide IT support across the estate, mainly within a Microsoft Infrastructure.
2. Identify and resolve the root causes of recurring incidents.
3. Take ownership of and resolve support tickets promptly.
4. Drive continuous improvements and deliver optimal IT solutions.
5. Participate in project rollouts, including deploying new devices.
6. Manage time and workload effectively.
7. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
