The Best Connection Employment Group is seeking a dedicated and efficient Administrator to join our team. This role involves a rotating shift pattern to ensure smooth operations within our busy office environment.
Shift Pattern:
Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Week 2: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Compensation:
Key Responsibilities:
Working in a fast-paced, loud office environment
Handling issues and coordinating with drivers
Ensuring labels are correct and efficiently processed
Managing emails and utilizing Excel and Word for various administrative tasks
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a high-pressure, busy setting
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and email management
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
