Excelsis are looking for a committed, reliable, personable, hardworking and flexible team player to work as a cook/chef for our Golf Club Client based outside Hereford. The suitable candidate should be able to prepare and cook a wide variety of meals from sandwiches to prepare and serve Sunday Carvery. Experience of working in a busy kitchen/bar environment with multiple roles are essential. You will also be responsible for the cellar management. The candidate must also be able to work in the bar and restaurant with front of house skills, working weekends on a rota basis.
