Grade 4 – £23,893 - £27,330 FTE (Pay award pending)
Pro rata £21,796 - £24, 935 (37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year)
Up to 37 hours per week, Term Time only plus one week (teacher training days) plus two weeks during the summer holiday.
Full time hours, 37 hours per week or part time hours considered with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team at Foxford School. We are seeking to appoint an experienced Admin Assistant who can support our Sixth Form and Data Administrator. You will be working in a collaborative environment to support our Sixth Form students and leaders, you will also be providing pastoral support to the Sixth Form students.
This is a wonderful opportunity to gain some really valuable experience and to put your strong IT and administrative skills to the test, working closely with a range of stakeholders in a very professional, supportive and friendly environment.
We will be looking for excellent communication, IT and organisational skills, a discrete, professional, flexible, ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to prioritise and make sound decisions. You will be able to quickly establish credibility with a range of stakeholders. Equally important is the will to offer an outstanding customer service to all students and staff.
