About the role Joining our enthusiastic Learning and Development team, you will help deliver engaging and interactive training to ensure that our staff have the knowledge and skills to provide outstanding care and meet our regulatory requirements. Establishing and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment, you will deliver our comprehensive mandatory and statutory training programme in conjunction with the team, to ensure consistency in content and communications, and assisting with designing and delivering new content for both face to face and online delivery that is in line with our values. About you Candidates will hold a qualification in Health and Social Care as well as a Training qualification. Previous experience teaching or training within the health and social care industry would be welcomed and strong presentation skills are a must. An excellent communicator with exceptional organisational skills, you will be creative and IT literate, able to create engaging content that connects with learners. Working knowledge of legislative requirements within the health and social care would be beneficial for this position, and in addition, holding a relevant Train the Trainer qualification in one of these areas. Full training will be given in all areas you will be required to deliver training in. You must hold a Full UK Driving licence and be willing to travel to all our sites with some overnight stays.
