Deputy Facilities Manager Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Facilities Manager in ensuring services comply with the Service Agreement
* Manage Premises Managers and Maintenance Supervisor in day-to-day operations
* Oversee extensive hard services operations, with particular focus on mechanical and electrical installations, plant room operations, and air conditioning systems
* Directly supervise and participate in complex maintenance tasks within building plant rooms
* Ensure compliance with health and safety and fire regulations
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customer departments
* Ensure planned preventive maintenance and lifecycle programmes meet contract specifications

Deputy Facilities Manager Key Skills:

1. Substantial hands-on experience in hard facilities management, particularly with building services and plant room operations
