A prestigious private estate near Canterbury is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to drive event sales and coordinate high-end weddings, corporate functions, and private gatherings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a luxury hospitality setting, managing client relationships and ensuring seamless event execution.
The role would suit someone based locally as you will need to be available for viewings although there is accommodation available on the estate if you prefer to live on site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to wedding, event, and corporate enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Qualify leads, provide relevant information, and conduct site visits as needed.
* Work closely with prospective clients to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with event planners, concierge companies, and key stakeholders.
* Act as the primary contact for partners and vendors, ensuring collaboration and service excellence.
* Ensure all booking details are accurately recorded and communicated to the internal estate team.
* Assist in coordinating logistics to guarantee flawless execution of booked events.
* Liaise with suppliers and service providers to uphold the estate’s high standards.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury events sector.
* Support marketing initiatives related to events and hospitality.
* Provide insights and reports on sales performance and enquiry trends.
Requirements:
* Experience in a sales or event coordination role, ideally within a luxury venue, hospitality, or private estate setting.
* Strong understanding of the high-end events market; an existing network of industry contacts is advantageous.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional manner.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and event management software is desirable.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines efficiently.
