An exciting career development opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our team to cover a maternity leave period on a full-time basis (37 hours per week) for a period of 9 months.
The applicant will provide advice, support and facilitation to staff across NHS Tayside to assure and improve the quality and safety of services. Supporting key Clinical Governance and Risk Management activities, you will work closely with a range of staff within NHS Tayside including Acute Services, Mental Health Services and Health & Social Care Partnerships and be involved in a variety of projects to meet national, regional and local priorities.
The successful applicant should have good knowledge of Clinical Governance and Risk Management; possess excellent verbal, negotiation and written communication skills and have a proven ability to implement change to systems and processes. Knowledge of quality assurance, quality improvement, risk management, presenting skills and facilitation technique is desirable.
The post may require travel across NHS Tayside.
Hours of work are 37 hours per week Monday to Friday; however alternative working hours will be considered. Fixed Term/Secondment for 9 months.
