Job summary We at Stag Medical Centre & Rose Court Surgery are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our reception team. We are looking for someone to work 20.5 hours per week across both our Rotherham based sites to serve the patients of our busy 12,000 patient practice. The position is paid at NHS Agenda for Change Band 2 - £23,615 per annum pro rata. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, and be able to demonstrate sensitivity, respect, tact and diplomacy in a confidential working environment. Previous experience working within a receptionist or administrative job role is preferable for our successful candidate. The current surgery hours are between 7.45am and 6:45pm Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will need to work their contracted hours flexibly across these times. The working hours are spread over 3 days. The successful candidate will be given usual working days and times but can be requested to amend these depending on the needs of department with four weeks notice. Additional hours will be needed occasionally with prior agreement to cover holidays and sickness. Further details relating to rota patterns can be provided upon request.
