We are seeking a committed and passionate Chef de Partie
to support our Senior Kitchen Team in the daily operation of our acclaimed
Michelin star kitchen. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic
environment, contribute to our evolving culinary vision, and benefit from
exceptional training and development opportunities.
As a Chef de Partie - you will;
* Support the Senior Kitchen Team with the smooth and efficient running of your
designated section.
* Demonstrate excellent leadership skills by guiding and supporting junior chefs in
completing daily tasks.
* Lead the team on your section to consistently deliver exceptional standards of
food quality and presentation.
* Work closely with Lisa Goodwin-Allen and the Head Chef to further develop
Northcote’s culinary vision in preparation for our exciting expansion,
including the launch of a new restaurant.
* Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and organisation within the
kitchen.
* Contribute
to a positive and collaborative team environment.
What we're looking for:
* A
genuine passion for food and a desire to learn and develop within a
Michelin-starred environment.
* Proven
experience as a Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie, demonstrating a strong
foundation of cooking and a refined technique.
* Excellent
organisational and time-management skills.
* The
ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
* Strong
communication and leadership potential.
* While
experience in a Michelin-starred kitchen is desired but not essential,
a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are crucial.
