About the Role As a Family Support Worker, you'll work closely with pupils, parents, and staff to provide tailored support, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive both at school and at home. Your role will include: Building trusted relationships with families to understand and address their needs. Offering practical and emotional support to help children overcome barriers to learning. Collaborating with teachers and external agencies to provide holistic care for pupils.As the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL), you'll play a vital role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our pupils. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the Designated Safeguarding Lead in ensuring the school's safeguarding policies and practices are robust and effective.
