Our client within the legal industry is looking for an IT Trainer to work in their IT department in the Sheffield Office.
This role will provide a full service training and delivery function within a legal IT firm to industry standards including training approach, design, delivery, and subsequent assessment and evaluation. The role will also ensure that all training requirements are being met within the business and promote the use of the company's technology in order to achieve high satisfaction rates from internal users.
Initially, the role will require the candidate to put in place a Training plan for a Legal Personal Injury Case Management System which will give users a greater understanding and confidence in the day-to-day use of the system.
The successful candidate will also deliver the Training plan including all training needs analysis, training material, classroom-based delivery sessions, floor-walking, support, and training evaluation.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake a Basic CRB Disclosure check.
