Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in a welcoming primary school
£83-£100 per day
Based in Colchester
Education and Training
Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Long-term role starting after February half term
About the Learning Support Assistant Role:
Providing classroom support to pupils of varying abilities
Assisting students with SEND and SEMH needs in small groups and one-on-one
Facilitating differentiated tasks based on student ability
Collaborating with a supportive team of teachers and teaching assistants
The Ideal Candidate for this Learning Support Assistant Role:
A confident and proactive individual with a passion for education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with children, particularly those with SEND/SEMH needs (preferred but not essential)
