To provide the highest standard of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individualised holistic care in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team on the Neonatal Unit. Main duties of the job Ability to demonstrate up to date knowledge of neonatal policies, procedures and working practices. Provide care to infants requiring admission to the neonatal unit. Demonstrate professional post-registration development and leadership in order to effectively manage a ward team. Work collaboratively with other neonatal units and the Yorkshire and Humber Neonatal Operational Delivery Network (ODN).
