Then join us as our Sales Support About the role Working within our Energy Service team you as part of an integral sales team you’ll provide extensive support to our sales channels. Day to day you’ll need to accurately prepare customer data, and price and lock in offers, on our in-house systems in a timely manner. You will be supporting the sales and business development managers in their prospecting activity including the maintenance and updating of the CRM system. You’ll be dealing with enquires via phone and email, then finding – and explaining – solution, so your strong written and verbal communication skills will be key in this role. This is a hybrid role, where you'll be able to work from home and from the Ipswich office 3 days a week. About You Most importantly, you’ll have excellent attention to detail and be able to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment. And you’ll have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Excel to create, manipulate and maintain multiple spreadsheets, alongside performing your general data processing and administration duties. This is a varied role that will call upon your organisation, time management and multi-tasking skills. You’ll need to meet tight deadlines while providing top-notch customer services support. You’ll also be a motivated team player who’s confident taking ownership of issues and resolving them. Ideally, you’ll already understand the electricity market and energy service market - if not, you’ll need to demonstrate your ability to learn quickly and take on board the training we’ll provide.
