Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week, Term-Time Only

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support students in their learning and personal development, helping them reach their full potential.
2. Facilitate engaging and interactive learning activities in collaboration with the class teacher.
3. Build positive and trusting relationships with students to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.
4. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to promote their growth.
5. Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare are maintained at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
6. Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher.
7. GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or 4 and above).
8. Previous experience working with SEN, SLD/PMLD, ADHD, and ASD is highly desirable.
9. Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
10. Experience managing challenging behaviours and promoting an inclusive learning environment.
