Salix, part of the RSK Group, is looking to appoint an experienced Business Support Lead on a full time, permanent basis. This role will be based out of their head office in Barton Under Needwood, Staffordshire.
The Business Support Lead will direct the team to successfully deliver procurement support, site operational support (project delivery), the full tender process, facilities management / equipment / supplies ordering, SHEQ and other compliance requirements.
We are a respected and leading provider of sustainable solutions to river restoration and erosion control projects in the UK. We provide spillway and shoreline protection and inland dredging and wetland habitat creation schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
* To be responsible for the management and co-ordination of the Business Support administrative services
* Deep Dive on all current administration activities and systems and identify areas of concern
* Identify Gaps in systems and process Report on Findings to Directors and Operations Manager
* Subsequently plan, create & implement new processes and systems that are concise and fit for purpose and monitor staff uptake
* Be the leader on ensuring Business Central compliance and utilisation from the administrative perspective. Ensuring that the information / data input is fit for purpose and traceable from an audit perspective
* Organise training for all new systems and processes

* Experience managing a team of administrators
* Strong attention to detail
* Effective Communicator
