Reward Analyst c. £50,000 Bonus Pension BUPA Life Cover As Reward Analyst you’ll be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of the company’s reward programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition initiatives. The role will involve analysing market data, preparing reports, providing insights to support decision-making, and ensuring that our reward strategies are competitive and aligned with business objectives. Reporting to the Group HR Director for the UK and Ireland, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our reward programs and will also work closely with our European Reward Team. As a member of the wider HR Team you’ll also manage stakeholders across the business and help shape their business decisions. With demonstrable experience in a Reward Analyst or Compensation & Benefits role, you’ll have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and produce actionable insights. With a strong proficiency in HR systems, ideally Workday, you’ll also have knowledge of the Mercer global grading system and experience using Willis Towers Watson pay grading. With knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, market surveys, and bench-marking practices you’ll also have a good understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
