Job Description: Service Delivery Manager
At Anson McCade, we are collaborating with a client seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager with expertise in supporting and implementing software processes.
Our client offers a cloud-based job management software that enhances efficiency and productivity for sectors such as construction and facilities management. Key features include real-time job scheduling and tracking, mobile access for field engineers, and secure data storage for compliance and reporting. The platform also improves customer management by providing clients with up-to-date job progress information.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure IT services meet SLAs and effectively manage service disruptions.
2. Lead, train, and evaluate IT staff.
3. Develop and refine operational processes.
4. Maintain strong client relationships and handle feedback.
5. Oversee IT projects from planning to completion.
6. Manage operational budget and financial reporting.
7. Implement new tools and stay updated on technological trends.
8. Ensure regulatory compliance and robust data security.
9. Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
10. Manage third-party vendor relationships.
Minimum Requirements
* 5+ years of relevant experience
* Customer-facing experience
* Detail-oriented, organized, and methodical
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong understanding of business processes
* Ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
* Exceptional people skills: approachable, patient, confident
* Proficient in delivering training verbally and in writing
