Job Description:
The Head of Transition and Service Design will lead a team dedicated to designing the end-to-end journey of a service, ensuring users can complete their goals and that CTP delivers policy intent related to complex technical solutions. Responsibilities include creating or modifying transactions, products, and content across digital and offline channels within CTP HQ and partner organizations.
The role involves working flexibly on IT solutions within the DDaT and Change portfolios, overseeing multiple programs/projects, and collaborating with partner agencies. The post holder will work closely with senior management and will be an expert practitioner influencing best practices, leading, mentoring, and defining organizational strategies.
Key responsibilities include resource planning and coordination for service transitions, managing activities across projects and teams, and directly line managing Service Design and Transition SMEs. The role requires influencing design and organizational priorities, fostering effective environments for designers, and ensuring seamless service transitions.
