Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £26,700 per annum
Location: Swindon
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 39.5 hours per week (Rotating shifts 2 weeks - earlies & lates)
Shifts:
1. Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
2. Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling customer calls, scheduling, and prioritising work
2. Managing diaries and booking appointments
3. Taking payments and processing invoices
4. Keeping customers informed of any delays or updates
5. Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining records
6. Creating and processing daily reports to meet deadlines
7. Coordinating and supporting Field Support Engineers' schedules
8. Placing warranty and service calls for engineers
9. Assisting sales teams in promoting products to customers
