This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of £27,372 - £31,169 per annum.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Care Quality Assurance Officer to join our Care Quality Assurance Team.
The Role:
The role predominantly involves care quality monitoring and supporting the external adult social care provision within The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead across all customer groups.
In addition, working jointly with social care practitioners, social workers, and adult care providers including commissioners.
Your role will involve:
* Effective communication and liaising with and supporting care providers.
* Accurate data entry, analysis, and reporting from databases.
* Observing care delivery and reporting monitoring outcomes.
What we are looking for:
* An individual who has experience of adult social care, or quality assurance.
* A good understanding of IT with skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, and spreadsheets.
* Sound knowledge of safeguarding adults.
* The ability to make decisions based on evidence.
* An interest in improving practice.
