Role Description
As the Supervisor of our first retail store you will be working alongside our Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. The successful applicant will foster a culture of excellence and delivering a memorable shopping experience reflective of our brand ethos. When the Store Manager is not in the store, you will be the senior point of contact and will lead the team of dedicated sales associates.
Responsibilities
* Engage with clients to understand their fashion preferences and style requirements
* Provide personalised styling advice and recommendations based on individual client needs, with the ability to provide one to one styling appointments
* Assist clients in selecting clothing and accessories that compliment their personal style
* Upsell products by effectively communicating the benefits of additional items to clients
* Maintain an organised display of merchandise to enhance the shopping experience
* Handle customer inquiries with professionalise
* Be able to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette
* Process transactions accurately ensuring a smooth experience for clients
* Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge to provide recommendations and advice
* Manage staff and floor in the store managers absence
* Resolve any staff or store related issues
* Deliver sales targets and KPI’s
* Responsible for opening and closing the boutique
Skills
* Professional leadership and management skills
* Strong organisational skills to manage inventory and maintain an appealing store layout
* Excellent communicator who effectively engages with customers and understands their needs and requirements
* A proven ability to sell and upsell products
* At least 2 years solid supervisory experience in fashion in the UK market and in a customer facing role.
