Role: Practice Manager – Social Work Team
Location: Midlands. Hybrid working between home and Castle Donington Hub

Anchor Foster Care is currently recruiting a Practice Manager, to support the current social work team in the Midlands area and work alongside two current Practice Managers in other regions as part of the Senior Management Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an existing Senior Practitioner or Manager to join an experienced team of supervising social workers and support staff. Applicants with senior supervising social worker experience who may be looking for a developmental opportunity to progress to Practice Manager, are welcome to apply.
The successful applicant will have 3 years' experience within a senior social work role, with a working understanding of therapeutic parenting approaches and in supporting foster parents in looking after children and young people within their homes. In addition, the successful applicant will have experience of providing supervision and undertaking other management tasks.
