Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
• A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and collaboration.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure all students thrive.
• Contribute to whole-school initiatives, assemblies, and extracurricular activities.
