GTC, who are part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for a Water Testing Assistant who would like to help us reach our mission to earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work safely, always wearing relevant PPE that is supplied.
2. Assist the water testing engineer to pressure test, chlorinate and commission water infrastructure, ensuring that all work is undertaken to a high standard of safety and technical quality by following all appropriate generic and specific method statements, work procedures and safety instructions.
3. Ensure vehicles, plant and equipment remain in good condition, and report any defects to the Team leader / Project Manager.
4. Assist the water testing engineer to identify all contract variations at an early stage and report to the Project Manager, working in accordance with the company Variation and Deviations Procedure.
5. Attend toolbox talks and other training courses as required, under the guidance of the water testing engineer.
6. Record accurately details of work undertaken.
About You:
* Have a Water Safety Passport.
* Have a Water Hygiene ticket.
* Water Industry Experience.
* Full UK driving license.
* Good communication skills.
